IP Cam App Reviews

I purchased another App called "IP Camera" and it didnt work so I purchased this App "IP Cam" and this doesnt work either!!!! Dont you developers test your apps. How can you sell something that doesnt work. I wasted my money on you idiots. I want my money back!!!!!

Opens and stuff but when you go to the browser it crashes and page doesnt load waste of money I WANT A REFUND!!!!!

Very basic Functions (no rotation, cant operate LAN /internet access separately for security, low FPS, can be slow to respond to touch). Audio monitoring requires a computer with flash. So only video monitoring from another mobile device or IP Camera viewer. Theres also considerable lag on LAN (didnt use over internet). Ran, no crash or exit, for 24+ hrs. Using iPhone 4s on 7.0.4 iOS and IP Cam 4.4

Refund money for this fake. Dont work!

Video lag is so huge that I can’t use it.

....but please update with more features and bug fix like the new browsers that dont update the page automatically and i need to do it manually everytime i want to see a new image.

On iPad4, the App screen is OK, but the web view is upside-down. iPhone5 screen is upside down in the App, but OK in web view. Theres no audio from iPhone5, but there is audio from the iPad which cuts out every couple of seconds. Im seeing a laggy video on any device in any browser (all current browsers and plugins). Video frame rate is two frames per second in web view. In the Support Forum, there are unanswered questions from months ago. Its an OK App if you have no other way at hand to send video.

Its not a continuous live streaming view. It takes pictures every few seconds and the browser constantly updates the view, so what your looking at is a series of snapshots. Therefore, it works as advertised, but I had hopes of using it as a baby monitor or doorbell cam, using my older iphones as the cameras. It seems like the developer is professional and makes good products...however this is not what I needed, so I took a chance with the $1.99 app. Sorry developer, its not what I wanted.

This app is terrible! Every time I open it it crashes and bringse back to homescreen! I would highly suggest not getting this app-its really bad.

it says run on any computer* on the same network* doesnt work over diff networks

as advertised works in most of the browsers. it just takes snapshots every 3secs and returns them. unable to go to setup page, it crashes.

You will be better off buying an app called icam In iTunes. Because it gives you real time streaming. And it is highly recommended I wish I can get my money back.. But do not buy this app. Buy iCam.

Only works with in the wifi network not over the Internet. Its a 192.168.1.1:8020 address.

Doesnt work, total rip off, but my fault for trusting!

The app does what its supposed to. It turns your iDevice into a remote camera and it can either stream live video, or take surveillance camera style snapshots. Those giving it bad reviews simply do not know how to configure their routers properly. If you do not know how to forward ports or have a rudimentary understanding of how computer networks function, maybe this app isnt for you. Those looking to use it on a home network should not need to do any extra configuration, though. Since the app does not have motion detection, its not quite what Im looking for. It did crash a couple times, but Im going to attribute that to iOS5 being only a few days old.

I HAVE BEEN LOADING THE IP CAM AND IT HAS BEEN LOADING FOR OVER THREE HOURS. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO LOAD? PLEASE LET ME KNOW. THANKS

Simple app that does what they say it does. Could be useful in many ways.

Crashes after just a few minutes, makes it useless because u need to go back to your "spy" cam to restart the app again, and again.
